Fall 2007 Season Player Waiting List Now Available!
Note
that participation by U10, U12, and U14 teams in league post-season is
conditioned on teams exhibiting good sportsmanship, and on the
accrual of sufficient playoff points to qualify for the Ken
Claassen Memorial Playoff. Please see playoff point system
details.
Volunteers
PLEASE
COMPLETE YOUR PRE-REGISTRATION BEFORE ARRIVING AT COACH OR REFEREE
TRAINING, COACH HANDOUT, OR PARENT ORIENTATION! BRING TWO COPIES OF
YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS WITH YOU!
Volunteers can pre-register online.
Please carefully review and follow all of the
instructions for registration BEFORE arriving at coach or referee
training, coach handout, or parent orientation. DO NOT SKIP
ANY STEPS. You will need print and sign TWO copies
of your registration form, and bring them in person,
along with a driver's license or State picture identification to a
regional board member, or to coach or referee training, coach handout,
or parent orientation. Volunteers are not registered until their
identification has been checked, and signed paper copies of their
volunteer forms submitted.
 Note that Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to generate player
and volunteer registrations forms through eAYSO. Download and install
Adobe Acrobat Reader before pre-registering.
For the protection of
our kids, all volunteers must complete a new volunteer form every year.
All volunteer forms must include a driver's license number (or State
identification card number), a Social Security number, a birth date,
two references, and a signature. Volunteer forms must be presented with
a photo identification and initialed by a regional board member.
NOTE: Team rosters will
not be handed out to coaches unless coaches have registered as a
volunteer.
Players
Players wishing to play
in the Fall 2007 season may sign up on our waiting list at one of the
following locations:
- Arroyo Grande Parks and
Recreation, 1221 Ash Street (in Elm Street Park), Arroyo Grande
- Grover Beach Parks and
Recreation, 154 S. 8th Street, Grover Beach
- Soccer Mart, 622 East
Grand Avenue, Arroyo Grande
Players are not
registered until their player
registration forms have been submitted to the registrar, player fees
have been paid, and player age verified (for all players, please
mail a copy of the player's birth certificate along with the player
registration forms).
Player
fees are $80 per player.
Players
must have been born by July 31, 2003 in order to be eligible.

NOTE: Note that
registration does not guarantee placement of a player on a team. The
number of teams we are able to field is determined largely by the
number of fields we have available to us, and the number of volunteer
coaches and referees participating. By volunteering to coach or
referee, and participating in coach or referee training, parents can
help to assure that all players who register are able to play. Players
not placed on a team will be placed onto a waiting list, and can often
be accommodated before the season starts; any players not placed on a
team will receive a refund.
The 2006 season
begins in August 2007 and concludes November 18, 2007 for those teams
participating in the Ken Claassen Memorial Playoff (other teams
conclude November 11, 2007). The 2007 post-season continues through
February 2008, or later.
